We use Central Travel regularly for our school trips and they are always efficient and courteous. On a trip to a competition yesterday, the driver was fabulous and played Disney music for them during the journey to keep them entertained. He also went to collect them when they called him to say that the competition had finished a bit early.

Does a school pick up in the morning and either drives past them....comes early and doesn't wait till time it should leave or just doesn't show up at all. Absolutely appalling service and if this does not improve I will be sending this company the bill for alternative travel for my child to get to school it's an absolute joke!!!!!

Excellent service, polite staff coach arrived clean and on time even called the day before to give me the drivers name and contact numbers and then followed up a few days after for feedback. Can’t recommend enough.

Bad busses, they are old and our of date, with WIRES sticking out!!
Plus we have this company come every week to pick us up and eatch day they are later or the bus has broken down!!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
