This cute little cafe was just what we needed on a cold windy day when we were looking for a quick lunch break. We had been on a country drive in Anglesey, tracing some family roots. The cafe we had planned to go to, and which had said it was open online, was not open, to our greatest disappointment. After driving a little further we decided to stop in Cemaes and was treated to a colourful high street with this perfect little heritage centre. The cafe looked newly decorated, great style. The food was typical British cafe food with portions much bigger than expected. I had quiche, and a perfect cup of tea, my father had a bacon sandwich which he enjoyed also. The heritage display was so interesting too, with local history on display, A great find.

Wonderful experience for my small family. Fresh served prawns and fresh wholemeal bread and rich green salad served to a formidable standard. My small daughter ate well from the smaller servings and the waitress was very interaction be and polite but not too pushy. Revisit is on the books next holiday.

Lovely lunch, panini's with salad. Cappuccino very nice. Staff very friendly, our dog was made welcome and given doggy treat. Heritage centre closed due to covid measures.

Only in Cemaes a couple of days but this was a great find. A local walk brought us out next to this little gem. We stayed for a coffee and a scone with cream and jam. Nothing better than a freshly baked warm scone. Delightful. A choice of cakes, drinks and hot meals are on offer. Take away food available also. Eat inside ( a handful of tables) or outside weather permitting. Pay by cash on ordering.

Sat in the gardens with our dogs and had ordered tea, jacket potato and sandwiches. Nice location and friendly staff. Food served pretty quickly and was tasty. Worth calling when in area.
