Absolutely shameful service (if you can call it that) that this poxy business provides. Failed to pick up my wife and daughter to get to school on time. Driver shrugged shoulders at my wife as she waved it to stop by our residence. Phoned company to complain. Was told they'd look at cctv and get back to me as it was unacceptable. Low and behold when they got back in touch. It was excuse after excuse. I was told the driver didn't shrug his shoulders at my wife, I was told they were stood in the middle of a junction. They told me there was a hazard of a lorry approaching on the other side of the carriageway, also a hazard of a roundabout about 100 yards down the road, also told me there was a lady with a couple of dogs that was another hazard. Then Becky (the call handler) hung up on me. Her attitude stank. As much as I can imagine the drivers breath self of stale cigarettes. Appalling. Avoid Celtic Shambles at all costs.

We have just returned from a 5 day trip to the Penines with Celtic Travel. Had a great time. Malcolm our driver did all that was expected and more, taking us to places that were not part of the itinerary, always a smile on his face. A nice hotel with good food and very pleasant staff. We will be back again.

We used Phyl at Celtic Travel for our wedding at the Giraffe Shed to get our guests from Newtown to and from the Venue. A great service at a great price and meant we could relax and enjoy our day knowing everything was sorted! Thank you again!

I had just purchased a ticket costing £9 on one of their coaches when I had to get off the bus again before it drove off because I received a phone call to say my father had just died. They refused to refund me my money. I never used the ticket and i had just recieved crushing news and they did that. They are disgusting, dishonest and I will never use them again.

Day trip to Birmingham for DOI live show. Firstly bus lost power on route to Shrewsbury, then the on board toilet would not open. The driver didn't explain when we stopped( for a comfort break because of the toilet) how long it was going to be!. On arrival at venue we were dropped off for the show... but no communication on where to meet the bus. Driver needs to improve on customer communication skills!.
