Due to unfortunate circumstances, our group was stranded in the Altai Tavan Bogd Mountains for an extra night than we were prepared for. We were extremely lucky to have run into Buyana, who was kind enough to open her well supplied camp to us. She welcomed us into her heated tent set up along a glacier and shared with us a hot stew meal. I cannot thank Buyana and her team enough for their generosity and highly recommend her for anyone traveling to Mongolia. Buyana is Mongolian, and she is extremely knowledgeable about her country, land, and many cultures in the region. She is prepared for any expedition and can get you and your party there and back again safely and with an unforgettable experience. Most of all, she is great company to have along the way. 😊

When we first arrived in the Altai region of Mongolia, we weren't quite sure what was in store for us, but Buyana became a source of deep knowledge and expertise for us. More importantly, she is one of the most genuine and caring guides that I have ever met. Our experiences in Mongolia cannot be separated from our time with her, and her kindness and openness taught me lessons that I still carry to this day. I enjoy traveling so that I can meet people and have my eyes opened by those I meet along the way; in a heartbeat Buyana is such a person I would travel with again.

Buyana, the owner of the company, was our guide on our trip to Mongolia, during which we visited the Altai Mountains. Buyana is a very caring and committed guide. Not only does she have extensive knowledge about Mongolia, its history and local customs, but she also finds herself in the mountainous terrain very well. I recommend traveling with Buyana.
