Was nearly ran off the road by one of these driver. Indicated to turn rignt at an island then last minute went striaght on. Nearly forcing me off the road. When i called to complain about the near miss the woman on the end of the phine couldnt careless. When i meantioned that he was driving above thee speed limit was told they onlt do 62. This was a 50mph road. Told me id get a call feom transport manager which never happened. This company is an accident waiting to happen and shouldnt be allowed to transport kids

We hired both the Dennis Lancet & Bristol buses for our recent wedding, Catteralls Coaches were very professional and we had seventy very happy guests who even broke into a singalong following the wedding ceremony on the return journey.
An excellent service, a very good price and those buses make a great accompaniment to your big day.

Witnessing the driving of these coaches on school runs, through very small villages is extremely worrying both for the children onboard and for pedestrians and dog walkers.

There seems to be very little care taken to avoid pavements, paying very little care to avoid damage to
residential roadside properties with grass verges, nor to drive within a sensible speed through the various small, tight village roads.

I would not wish my children to travel daily with this company and am appalled at some of the things witnessed, including overtaking cars on a B road and running red lights.

Our drivers, Mat and Jane, were excellent and so was our coach!

Mat and Jane were so helpful and communicative, it made our journey to Switzerland and back a relaxing experience.

The coach was clean, well equipped, and faultless A to B.

Aggressive bus driver almost crushed me and my 4 year old daughter on Wimborne bridge as was too impatient to wait for me to get across to the other side. Shouldn’t be allowed behind a steering wheel.

Very disappointed by Cateralls Coaches. They were booked for our sons school trip yesterday, phoned at 8.30am when it was due to depart school at 9am to travel to Oxford. They advised that the accessible coach had broken and they could only supply a ‘normal’ coach.
They have two accessible coaches and both are off the road.
They could have sent a service bus that was accessible but were not prepared to travel to. Oxford with it. My son was so disappointed not to be able to travel with his friends and it reminded him of the difficulties that he faces in life. I transported him to the trip myself as didn’t want him to miss out.
I understand that these things happen, but when I contacted them today, the day after and spoke with Matt Caterall (Manager) his tone was awful given the circumstances and there was zero empathy towards my sons disappointment. It was a case of I should be grateful that they offer an accessible coach (albeit two that don’t actually work!).
Zero customer service, the school had paid a substantial amount of money to Cateralls and in turn as parents we had paid our share.
There was no offer of returning our share or any kind of true apology.
I certainly would not recommend.

Lovely to see a coach driver on Fosse away this morning around 08:55 overtake a car and go straight through a red light at temporary traffic lights because he/she couldn't be bothered to wait!!

Booked a coach for our wedding in July 2019. Price was competitive. Quick communication throughout booking process. Driver was said to be very friendly by our guests. Thank you!
