Nice little cottage. Had a great garden with a hot tub and swing and amazing views of the sea. There is a sign saying no dogs on beach but you literally can’t enforce that. Fairly comfortable beds and seating area, and parking is ok sized.

We were looking for a quiet getaway that would welcome my dog, and Castaway Cottages ticked all the boxes. Stunning sea view from the longe window. Clean, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Fresh white towels and bedding. All condiments in the cupboard, plus tea, coffee and milk. The lovely hosts even left a welcome basket of goodies.

I loved staying at Castaways - it is a friendly, peaceful, comfortable, clean, well equipped (including the fluffiest white towels), dog friendly retreat steps away from the beautiful Suffolk coastline. I am adopting it as my second home. A huge thank you for a lovely holiday.

What a find!!! Amazing location - perfect for dog owners! Our accommodation was modern, clean and our super host had thought of everything. Suffolk coast at its finest and with out a doubt, we will definitely return again!

I absolutely loved staying at Castaway cottages. A brilliant stay, fantastic views and really chilled! Beautiful cottage, looking out to the sea. Lovely sweets welcome you'll!! Holly the dog felt completely at home. Caroline and Michael are friendly, knowledgeable of the area and really love dogs. I cannot wait to go back!!!

We LOVED our recent stay at Castaways, which we used as a base to visit family in the area. Lots of thoughtful touches and some lovely welcome gifts, plus the whole site was absolutely spotless. The highlight however is the location, being a matter of steps from the amazing beach at Kessingland. Our dog was in her element. What a fab/friendly place to stay and we can’t wait to return. 5*

Really loved staying here, so chilled out. The cottage was well furnished and clean, hot tub was great and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise.
Location and views were great, kids loved walking out on the vast beach and our dog left totally exhausted from all the running about.
