If i could give this company no stars i would!!
Firstly, I booked a taxi for 10:50pm to get home from York Races, however during what was supposed to be a good day turned quite stressful! At 8:30pm the company phoned saying the taxi had arrived in which was two hours prior to the booked time. They then made me pay again for a different taxi to come at 10:50pm, which we did as that was our only way home, the man on the phone said they would happily give a refund if I emailed the next day with proof of all the booking, which I did. However, after contacting them every day since via email and phone calls, they are ignoring me. It has now been 3 weeks of trying to contact them, which i’ve had one response, that “this has happened before and they’ll be in contact ASAP”, in which they haven’t and yet have ignored messages i’ve since sent. This company is beyond a joke and I will not stop contacting them til I receive the full refund.

Ordered taxi day before hospital appointment and they didn't turn up not even called to say they had no drivers so left waiting and missed appointment never use again , rubbish management

Service is ridiculous. Pre book a taxi with plenty of notice, and they’ll still turn up late because they’ve rammed a 16 minute job into their spare 5 minutes resulting in customers being late for their commitments. Still expect the same pay of course for terrible and unreliable service

I used their taxi and used my card to pay. I was also debited twice and they denied it ouright saying i paid cash when it was glaringly obvious it was a contactless payment. They have refused to refund my money. I am highly disappointed. This matter will not rest.

Appalling service, booked well in advance for half past taxi. It’s 40 minutes late, making me 20 minutes late for work. Honestly, lady on the phone was sympathetic to me but lad that was on the phone even earlier was full of excuses. Used these guys twice a week for the past six months but tiger cars can have my money instead. Absolute waste of time.

Absolutely piss poor service. Booked a taxi well In advance to take my daughter to school 8:40am. Currently 9:10 now Friday 22/11/24 rang the office never got an apology all I got was it hasn't been despatched yet!! This isn't the first time but it'll be the last. I'll use somebody else in future

Don't go anywhere near this joke of a customer service establishment. 4 times this week we've ordered a taxi and 4 times its been over 30 mins late.And we pre-booked at least an 1hr before. 1 was for a train which we missed and 3 times was for work IE 6 am start.which my partner was late by 30 t 40 mins.they keep saying we're sorry. Sorry is not enough.and to top it off folks if you think your getting cas cars your not. your getting another 4 other taxi ranks from escape and pontefract.ive spoke to the so called management and asked if you've got soooooo many taxi companies why the hell can't you get one out on time. The white female slammed the phone down on me. Rest my case cas/ AAA./green line cars sorry forgot the last one . If you value prompt customer service don't even think about lifting your finger to ring. If you do .. be at your own peril good luck folks

Despite having this booking for 21:30, the car apparently decided because they'd waited from 21:25-21:34 it was appropriate to depart and cancel. A 4min wait is not long!

The worst was then that Telephone staff refused to acknowledge this as they demanded a UK Telephone number on their Caller ID. This level of discrimination to foreigners is disgraceful given that the Drivers they send are all on Visas.

Will not be using this company again but will also be seeking to litigate over the practices they instill. Rude & unprofessional doesn't fully cover it!
