I have just completed my mountain leader training with Carol and Richard. I have realy enjoyed the week and Carol and Richard are very professional and very knowledgeabe. Between them they have a vast amount of experience. Which is exactly what you need when preparing for a mountain leader assessment. I highly recommend Carol Climb for anybody who is looking at doing their ML aswel as any other outdoor course that they offer too.

I completed my Mountain Leadership training with Carol Climb in Dec 2023. Carol and Richard, who ran the course, have a huge amount of experience and provided a thorough and complete training programme. I completed ML training and assessment with Carol and Richard in 2019 and 2020. I learnt a huge amount from both of them during both training and assessment weeks. Their combined experience is enormous and spending time in the mountains learning from Carol has given me confidence to further my own career in leading groups in the mountains.

Carol had really thought through the participants experience on the courses and was great at helping us stay positive and try to be at ease with being assessed for a week. The areas we walked in felt wild and remote, I've found a new part of lake land I'm exited to explore further. For ML training and assessment I highly recommend CarolClimb.

I hope to be able to try one of the family adventure days offered when my boys are a bit older.
