After wanting something more than a package holiday for our family but with all the convenience of a package holiday we decided to ask Carli to tailor a package with exactly what we wanted in a holiday and she didn’t disappoint. How Carli did not give up at that point I do not know 🤣 We had a slightly complex holiday request, with a party travelling from USA and us from Scotland, all wanting to meet up and enjoy some family time together. But not arrive on the same day, and not leave on the same day either.
Carli patiently helped us make a decision and took care of everything! Allllll the organising, all the details, I literally didn’t have to think of anything! (I’m a bit of an over thinker, and am always the one doing the organising, so can I just say it was truly amazing to be able to put my faith in someone and not have all that pressure on me! I actually HAD A HOLIDAY!)
Carli’s attention to detail was outstanding. She kept in touch with timely reminders of everything, took care of checking us in, offered to arrange airport parking, oh the list goes on. Got an amazing wee thoughtful package in the post along with all of the paperwork, vouchers, tickets and even luggage labels that we might need for the trip.
While we were away, I messaged her with a question about an excursion, and within half an hour, she had been in touch with the tour company and responded with the information I was looking for! Amazing!
I think what I’m trying to say is, Carli took ALL of the stress out of arranging a holiday. And that is absolutely priceless.
We ended up having the best holiday….Disneyland Resort Paris did not fail to deliver. The transfers throughout the trip kept in touch via WhatsApp, thanks to however Carli arranged that! Her hotel recommendations in Paris were spot on! Wonderfully clean, inviting and friendly staff.
Booking through Carli took all the guesswork and worry out of the trip, the only thing we had to do was sit back, relax and enjoy.

Carli booked a Disney Cruise for us, nothing was too much hassle. She made sure that all medical and dietary requirements were taken care of. She even gifted us lanyards for carry our key to the world cards in. Will definitely use Carli to book further holidays!

Carli helped with booking our honeymoon & we couldn’t have been happier with the customer service we received! From start to finish Carli was very helpful & understanding & a few days before our departure we received a goodie pack through the door which was amazing!
