Website barely works, no one answers the phone, haven't even picked up the car yet but the online customer service is horrible, no ones replied to my emails either.

I opted for BACS transfer as they give you a discount if you do, have attempted to make the transfer many times on different accounts and they all say the details given are incorrect and that their account doesn't exist. The live chat feature on the website is just for show because it doesn't work either.
And I have attempted to 'check in' multiple times but the site just refreshes, it retains all the info, but just doesn't confirm the check in.

Now I'm unsure if the booking will be kept till we get there as it said if they don't recieve payment within 3 days the booking will be cancelled. No one is getting back to me.

UPDATE: Dear Emily, due to your unprofessional nature, we found a better deal elsewhere, so in fact, thank you very very much.

For those reading, please test every feature I have mentioned that I found an issue with, there are many issues with this company which portray a running theme in all other negative comments, but what they do is just like with ours, they cancel your booking if you speak up.

Use this company at your own risk.

EMILY herself sent a less than professional email in response saying, and I quote 'if we wrote the same about you online, you'd understand', none of the prior information to do with MY EXPERIENCE was false information.

I have had a five-star experience with this company. The team are amazing. They have gone out of their way to help me at times when I had a minor accident (not my fault) and when I broke my wrist and couldn't drive. I can highly recommend their services. The vehicles are good value for money and in good working order. When I come back to the UK, I will use them again.

Terrible. The absolute worst. If you book from overseas, you will be charged £500 as security.
This is not just on hold, but they charge it to your card. Then, at the end of the rental, you wont get it back.
I had to call a lawyer. They really are scum. Check the BBC news.

Upon arrival at Heathrow airport we were greeted by a friendly member of the firm. The car was immaculate, and although we found the booking online a little confusing, the customer service term on the phone were extremely helpful; and even booked us with a cheaper price than the one quoted on the website! Highly recommend!
