We just stopped by to get our Tentbox Lite XL and to have it fitted. Natalia and Sean were amazing. Right from a random call this morning to check stock, through to driving away happy. Excellent experience dealing with Carefree Campers Ltd. We booked Big Ben to attend The End Of The Road festival as an upgrade on camping in a tent. We were not disappointed. We found the van well appointed and comfortable to sleep in. Cooking breakfast and making fresh coffee not only saved us money but allowed us to share things with relatives. A big thank you to Sophie for her attentive service when collecting and returning the van. Can’t wait to book with Carefree Campers again, next year.

Wonderful experience using carefree campers vehicle for our first family road trip around France, easy process from start to finish Sean is always available for any quirks. The van was ideal for our family of four 2 adults 2 teenagers plus our large GS who took up a lot of floor space, plenty of storage for paddle boards and camping equipment. Perfect trouble free set up for each leg of our journey would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using them again

From the start, these guys give you the confidence they know their stuff. Every question about what we should hire and do whilst away was expertly answered. On the day of hire, Sean went through every part of the van. Being our first campervan holiday I just wanted something easy to get over to Wales and drive to a different place every night. Sean even offered advice on great places they have stayed. We had no issues with the van the entire week and the return process was just as easy as the pickup. We're now busy thinking about the next trip.
