This one is a large 2 floor appartment in a complex of 7 at west dry. It's great for a family with a dog. We were in Furness (no 7), which had a slab floor external secure compound that was ideal for the dog but also to sit in early morning with your tea. ||Rooms were a good size and well equipped with a wardrobe and seating extra blankets and dog throws to put on seats or wherever. There was a breakfast table, a dining table, and outside seating upstairs and down.||The location was good to get to attractions also a co-op, and Spar in Bugle as well as a pub and chip shop.||I have suggested a couple of additions in my review to the owner that are very minor, but if you are drinking wine, bring a stopper. Cooking spaghetti bring a serving spoon, and there are no usb charging points, so don't forget chargers. If you take a dog, it's best to drive out to walks, the road outside is busy, and there is no path and nowhere on site . We found some great walks close by.||All in all I highly recommend this accommodation, a little more equipment would have got excellent but it was a great holiday just the same as supported by our accommodation.

Driving up to the outside did not disappoint. ||The living room on the ground floor was huge as was the main bedroom, which is en suite. The other three good sized bedrooms, bathroom and large kitchen area. Are fantastic for a large group. Loads of towels provided and anything you might need in the kitchen. Toilet seat a bit wobbly in main bathroom and shower in en suite not very powerful. But nothing to complain about. Spotlessly clean. A warm welcome from the owner. A fabulous place to visit as its well situated to anything. Fish snd chip shop round the corner is excellent. A trip to Charlestown is worth it too. We will be back!

We have just got home after a week stay here, nice and comfy, lounge very roomy, kids loved the park and were safe to go on there own as it is closed in, house nice and clean apart from. One quilt had blood stains on it, the towels that were left for use were hand towels not suitable for a bath towel. The WiFi was quick if used in the laundrette. Good location and not to far from places. Full size fridge/freezer and a good cooker to use too.

I loved staying here... really lovely welcome from the lady who owned the place. Very friendly.
We stayed to go to the Eden Project Sessions gig which was really near. So perfect if you are visiting to go to a gig.
I could lay in my bed and listen to the bubbling Brook just outside my window and in the mornings I sat on the veranda in the sun having a cuppa.. really lovely. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed in The Linney for a week. Friendly welcome from the owner and a welcome bottle of wine. Quiet location. Very clean and spacious especially the kitchen/diner and lounge. The decking had chairs to sit outside in the sun. Plenty of parking. This site is perfect location to travel around this part of Cornwall. Thank you for a perfect relaxing week.

Just come back from a week at Carbis Wharf, we stayed at The Kilns which is a 4 bedroom cottage. Lovely accommodation & wonderful family owned site, nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant base to visit lots of places in Cornwall, would be difficult without a car though as not close to any facilities.

We chose Carbis Wharf as a reasonably priced place via Airbnb that the 2 of us could use as a base for our excursions to the north and south coasts. The accommodation was good, met expectations and with the right range of amenities. From here, we had access to a range of places on the fabulous coasts to drive to for biking and walking. We could just bike to St Austell and back using the cycle-ways avoiding main roads. There were many good places to eat within a short drive and supermarkets too. ||We had a great week, enjoying the wonderful countryside and life that Cornwall has to offer.

We decided last minute to visit family in Cornwall.... Carbis wharf was recommended to us. We were able to book last minute on the day for a late arrival. Anne was fantstic from the minute we arrived.||Having our 2 sons with us (2.5yrs and 8months) we had an upstairs family room such a brilliant sized room space for travel cot etc as required... Lovely sized bathroom.||We prettyych had the place to ourselves. Even ordering in a takeaway on our last night Anne was great at grabbing us some plates and cutlery. ||What can we say breakfast was excellent Anne even went that extra mile when she pulled out some toys and entertained the boys allowing us time to eat whilst it was hot....||||I would not hesitate in booking here again... It was perfect for our needs and Anne was the prefect host!!
