I can confidently say that the level of service and support provided by this team is second to none. They are consistently efficient in getting customers into hire vehicles quickly, minimising downtime and keeping the repair process smooth and stress-free for everyone involved.

A standout in my experience is my account manager, Jenny. She truly goes above and beyond—working tirelessly, often outside of standard hours, to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Her communication is spot-on, she never misses a detail, and she’s always one step ahead when it comes to managing cases. It’s incredibly reassuring to know she’s on top of things at all times. Without her we would never has established our partnership with car call.

The office team deserves huge praise as well. They are always friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether it’s dealing directly with customers or coordinating behind the scenes, they handle everything with care and efficiency. I’m the business owner of a body repair on the Wirral, I have recently used car call for a couple of my clients. I dealt with Victoria who was very helpful and professional in the way she could not do enough for my customers and myself. My customers were placed in a hire car straight away and the claims dealt with promptly both my customers were happy with the service provided and myself from Victoria and Carcall. Both customers said they would definitely use my garage again as the service provided was excellent through out thankyou Victoria/carcall.

Absolutely useless. I was involved in a non-fault accident and came to Car Call UK expecting proper support. They accepted the case, promised a hire vehicle, and started the process—then dropped everything the moment there was a complication with the replacement car.

The accident wasn’t my fault, and the claim was legitimate, but because they couldn’t sort the hire vehicle, they cancelled the entire claim process. It became obvious they’re not handling anything themselves—they’re just middlemen referring cases to other companies and taking a cut. The second it stops being easy money for them, they leave you high and dry.

No real help, no fight for justice, no care for your situation—just profit chasing. If your case isn’t 100% straightforward, don’t waste your time.
