The service I receive from the Operator who takes my call is first rate.
My only real concerns are the interior cleanliness of the vehicles.
I appreciate that they are continually busy, and the cars will get dirty. However the smells in the cars and the cleanliness could be dealt with very easily by spending only 10 minutes in the morning, using air fresheners, polish and a hoover.
The call operators are polite, and the cars are on time.

I've been using Car 2000 for many years and without a doubt it's the best local taxi company ever! The phone operators are fantastic really friendly and professional and always consider customers first.
The vehicles are immaculate and well looked after and the drivers are by far some of the best you can get, really pleasant amicable and sociable. They're definitely a pleasure to go on any journey with.

Minibus was on time so can’t fault that. But I’d be very surprised if it was roadworthy. Driver said he would pick us up after the event and told us exactly where to be and what time. We waited and waited but he never turned up. Called the office and they had no record of it. Couldn’t help us as they were busy.

When you phone up and the men pick up the phone in this company they are physically rude you call them up they just put the phone down on you they're not very professional this is for the manager to see if you're going to work for a taxi service year you going to be nice when the ring up to customers but the woman who answers the phone she's really really nice and don't put the phone down on you and really really helpful she understands people will learn difficulties she's a beautiful lady
