I rented my property through Capitol Letters for 7 years and also recently completed the sale through them. I always found the team very helpful, in particular Rick, Dan and Laura. and they always kept me updated and replied to my emails and calls quickly. DO NOT DEAL WITH CAPITOL LETTORS
Real, honest feedback with evidence.

My dad passed away, and Rick has made our lives horrendous for over a year while trying to manage my late dad's house.

1. Capitol Lettors' address doesn't exist.
2. My dad had let the house to tenants through Rick, and he would withhold the rent money.
3. Only Rick has access to the accounts and money.
4. Only Rick has access to tenant details.
5. He is consistently unresponsive.
6. He failed to securely place the tenants' deposit with the DPS, preventing us from filing a possession order.
7. He lied and attempted to change the date on the DPS hub.
8. Engaged in fraudulent activity by altering dates on legal documents.
9. He wastes time and incurs significant costs.
10. We have reported him to the property redress scheme after collecting a year of evidence.
11. We tried to switch letting agents, but the records were so dubious that no one could legally take over.
12. Our solicitors are now taking legal action against him.
13. There's no formal complaints procedure evident on the website

As a landlord I cannot recommend Capitol Lettors. My tenants pay on time every month, but Capitol Lettors ALWAYS pay me AT LEAST 4 weeks later. Every month Ric promises to pay me on time but never does.. He repeatedly bullsh$*s me that the money will be paid, but it never is. It's the 17th October and I still haven't received September's rent! They obviously have cashflow problems and I'm afraid they're going to go bust at any moment owing me money and leaving their tenants in the lurch... Avoid!

Rick was amazing from the day we met! We were new to the area and he took the time to show us several properties in one day, before we settled for the one we have now lived in happily for 3 years.
During this time both him and his team have been professional and prompt with any and all matters relating to the property.
I have no hesitation in recommending Rick and his company for all landlords and genuine tennents. Our plan was always to buy our own home again ,since returning from France, but we stayed in this property managed by Capitol Lettors very satisfied until this was achieved.
