It seems like this company must not be making enough money selling actual package holidays as their policy on storing bags/ personal items whilst individuals attend the court is absolutely appalling. During a break in court, I wanted to take food out of my bag and they refused stating that I would have to pay another £10.00 fee for them to take it back. I explained that I did not have any means of buying food or even water (given that my phone was also in the bag) and they did not seem bothered in the slightest. They clearly get this complaint all the time and when asked whether they might think about reviewing their policy since it is clearly unfair and inhumane, the individual I was speaking to just shrugged his shoulders and indicated that this was my problem. Highly unprofessional and capitalistic company, avoid if you can!!

Please ignore the negative reviews regarding their minding service for people attending the Old Bailey,. I left a bag containing my phone with them and the lady asked if I had any other electronics e.g. smartwatch as they are not allowed either. The service was easy to use and secure.

One of the most unprofessional, undiscretionate people work there in the world. There were two men who work there who were very rude and would not allow me to raise a concern regarding the property service they offer on behalf of the Central Criminal Court. Do not leave your stuff with them go to Scott's City a estate agent further up the road opposite the court. Much more friendly, helpful and professional.

Left a small bag with 4 phones in and 2 smart watches, while visiting the Old Bailey, the person in the travel agency, checked what was in the bag and could not have been more helpful, would definitely recommend this company/service.

More like uncapable travel ! This company clearly is not making any profit from selling travel packages so they now resorted to extort from the public / family who visit the court. They have charged us £10 to hold our bag and during our lunch break when we just simply wanted to take our food and drink out , they refused stating we would need to pay another £10 fee to retrieve any items ! How disgusting and ridiculous is this ?!. We ended up starving and feeling dehydrated the entire day as not everyone can afford buying food in central London !.
This is disgraceful and honestly inhumane to deny food to another person in this day and age. They are clearly exploiting people as the central criminal court does not have an item hold facility ! ( this is another conversation for them !)
I’d like to just end it with two words. Exploitation and disgusting! Also the people who work there need to consider retiring soon , I am not sure who even uses travel agencies in this day and age anymore!

Based on the comments from others it's a money grab store. I understand there's Terms & Conditions for the service about how to charge, but please be moral, don't make use of the only store in Old Bailey area.

I left a small bag here while visiting the courts. I was charged £10. Realizing later I left my wallet in the bag, went back and was told it would be another £10 to have my Wallet back.
Go to Scott's round the corner. It's only £3 and you can get things out of your bag anytime.
