My recent stay at Canopy by Hilton London City was exceptional. After a long day of meetings, I experienced one of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The bed was extremely comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the in-room amenities were of excellent quality. The room itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, making my stay both comfortable and productive.||The Hilton app also enhanced the experience, allowing for a seamless check-in process and convenient access with a digital key. The hotel is well-suited for both business and leisure travelers, and I appreciate that it is also pet-friendly. The lobby had a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the entire stay.||Special thanks to Piero and the entire team for their outstanding care and attention throughout my visit. Their hospitality made my stay truly memorable.

We stayed here when visiting London for the rescheduled Coldplay concert. Rescheduled the hotel rooms was no issue and it felt like the hotel was already on the ball with these issues. This was reassuring on one end as we had still to arrange new flights. We arrived at the hotel early hoping to leave luggage to be greeted by Yulia, she was a GEM and was a nice introduction to the hotel, she informed us our rooms were ready for an early check in, this is just what we needed. Later when leaving for a walk Megan at the front of house was sound and gave us great information on our transportation to the concert venue and the airport the following day during the rail strikes. Rooms were great, Rooftop bar and staff were great. The beds were soft and breakfast was lovely. Walter was fantastic under pressure from a busy breakfast sitting to get everyone seated. Great hotel, great staff, great time. Thank you.

Couldn’t have had a better experience! This was our first trip to London; we searched high and low for the right hotel. Location, quality accommodations, vibe, and service … we wanted it all and Canopy delivered! The room (king) was small but clean and was set up perfectly; every detail from the bathrooms to storage for our belongings was on point. Water and ice stations in the hallway, super convenient. What we didn’t know when we booked was how close the hotel was to the train! Just steps away … the hotel lobby in the evenings was bustling, good drinks, good food, a DJ (we love you Glo!) we always ended our night in the lobby with a cocktail to talk about our day! ||But what made our 8 night stay even better was a gentleman by the name of Imran (concierge)! We would not have had not only an excellent hotel stay, but the experience we had in London if it weren't for him! Every morning he was there to guide us on where we should explore to setting up our tours to answering our hundreds of questions 🙂 Imran was patient, professional, kind and was absolutely the best part of our stay at Canopy! Thank you Imran! You made our trip! ||100% our next trip to London … we will be staying at Canopy! Highly recommend!

Whilst I didn't stay at the hotel, we hired one of the conference rooms at Canopy for a company Management morning, before heading to the rooftop bar for a Summer Party into the night, and what a fantastic experience we had! The event was well-run and smoothly organised, with everything moving seamlessly from start to finish. Catering was excellent— a generous selection, clearly labelled for dietary requirements, and served in the hotel's restaurant. Connecting to AV was straightforward, and the team set up everything perfectly on time according to our schedule. Facilities were beautiful, clean and accessible.

A special thanks to Vincent and the Canopy team, who were always on hand to assist, from booking to on the day, making the whole event super easy.

A lovely hotel with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms are spacious and have plug sockets & usb ports on both sides of the bed.|The breakfast is very good with plant based milk and gluten free bread available.|A large group of us stayed at the hotel for a family wedding. Walter was instrumental in making the bride comfortable before her ceremony. A lovely touch was when we saw him at breakfast and he asked how the wedding went. That's great customer service!

We had an excellent stay at Canopy Hilton! The location was ideal, making it easy to explore London. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas, was exceptional. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall the hotel is great, room lovely and comfortable, breakfast good and most staff have been lovely.||Had an issue with the room not having been cleaned by the time we returned at 3.45pm, asked at reception and they said they would request it to be done immediately. Nearly an hour later we went back only to find the cleaning person in our room sat on the chair scrolling on her phone (at which point realising she had been caught she swore and dropped it).||Upon checkout we mentioned the issue only to find the original member of staff never noted it on the system. Did receive an email shortly after leaving apologising for a "small hiccup". I've never experienced such unprofessional behaviour in a hotel, staff shouldn't be taking their break in guest rooms. Extremely surprised they think this is a small hiccup.

We kicked off our honeymoon at the Canopy Hilton London City, and it was the perfect start to such a special trip. The team made us feel celebrated and welcomed even before we set foot on the property. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such thoughtful care: not only were we upgraded to a beautiful room, but a sweet surprise was waiting for us inside. It set the tone for a truly memorable stay.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, modern, and impeccably styled. We loved that it was just steps away from a tube stop, making it easy to explore the city. Little details made the experience even better: on a classic rainy London day, we were able to rent a cute umbrella right by the front desk. When it came time to check out, the team kindly stored our bags so we could squeeze in a bit more sightseeing.

Our room was elegant and cozy, featuring a great rain shower, comfortable bed, and great robes.

If you’re considering staying here—especially for a romantic getaway—don’t hesitate. We’ll absolutely be returning!
