Initially we had fantastic service with competitive prices prior to Covid-19 hitting the UK. Our holiday itinerary was hand made to suit us and nothing was too much trouble. Then our departure date came and went with nothing from the travel company despite numerous emails to them. A week later I managed to contact them via online chat and they were extremely apologetic and convinced me not to cancel but to reschedule to next year. I agreed and now they've disappeared again without finalising the re-book or giving us our money back (minus the deposit). Disappointing!
