Booked our honeymoon through this travel agent, they did not do any research on the resort as the average age was 68. Our honeymoon ruined. Hotel is dilapidated and old. Other customers paid far less who booked at other agents for the same duration .
Feel ripped off and cheated did not want to help unless we paid even more to move . Hotel rated 3 stars it was one If I was being generous. They did not scout this hotel. Never will I use camberly travel again.I have posted pictures of the service, hotel and restaurant. I would suggest to camberly travel not to use subsidiary companies like JTA travel based in Birmingham to destroy special holidays or any holidays for that matter.

Hi everyone I booked a flight to San Francisco for April this year on United Airlines through them and everything as always went very well,Kris Tassel now represents Camberley Travel and although the shop in Camberley is now closed they still operate online as Camberley Travel,have booked trips with them in the past and always had a sterling service so give them a go! Paperwork came through the post within a week and they gave me a free pass into the United Airlines lounge as a thank you for booking with them! 5 star service.⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤

We go there because of the service we get and the staff are knolegable nothing seems too much trouble. So much nicer than struggling on line. Some things need a human to advise not boxes to tick. I would advise anyone to call in on them for personal service
