Excellent all round. Have stayed with these guys several times and really can't fault them. The ability to pick the exact caravan you want is really helpful, as it enables you to be on the spot at the park that suits you, and have something that is set out in the way that works best for you. The service is also really friendly and helpful

The park itself is also pretty good. Some of the facilities are a bit tired, but the staff are generally really friendly and helpful, and the play areas for little ones are actually pretty good .The beach is lovely of course, and there's a surprising amount to do within a 20 minute or so drive.

Fantastic service from Camber Getaways as always. Friendly staff and a great choice of vans. The vans are listed well with accurate descriptions and clear photos. The van we stayed in was clean & tidy, no smells or mess, looked just like the photos. The caravan came well stocked with all we needed and more & our beds were made up on arrival, which was a nice touch, the van felt homely and was in a good position.

The actual park was busy but managed well. The park isn’t owned by camber getaways but staff at camber getaways went out of their way to make sure we were happy whilst staying in the park. Beach a stones throw away and facilities good, plenty to do for the little ones.

Fantastic stay with Camber getaways. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I lost my headphones and they found them and sent them on for me. Thank you. I will always book through them when I go to camber now. Great, clean accomadation with everything you need in them.

I found that camber getaways do not look after their owners at all ...very bad communication they charge for work that they don't bother doing..and never clean properly..they have a key box system but cleaners leave it open with keys in for anyone to take we turned up to our caravan 2 weeks ago and the box was wide open with keys hanging out...overall a terrible service ⁷

The service from the team at Camber Getaways is second to none. They saved our weekend break the first time we contacted them ( we had the unfortunate pleasure of booking in with Pontins down the road that was disgusting ) and each time we have been back they can never do enough to help.
Working within the property industry and owning rental properties we know a thing or two about it and Camber Getaways can not be faulted.
We have recommended this company to friends and family as we know they will be well looked after. In addition to the service they give the accommodation that they offer has always been immaculately clean and when we have never had cause to raise any issues. If you are thinking of booking into Parkdene you wouldn’t go wrong by checking with this company first and you still get all fun of the Parkdene resort.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
We had originally booked pontins in camber sands by mistake and it was a massive mistake. We where camped out at the office at 09.30 on Saturday morning waiting for the office to open at 10 after a night of no sleep and a very tired and naughty 3 year old. The ladies could not do enough to help from looking after out son whilst we looked at the homes available to find the perfect one for our family in our budget. We booked and they went straight to the home to sort the bedding and everything ready. We packed our stuff at pontins and where in within 30 mins of booking the home the home sp150 is so nice and homely in a great location on the park and is nice to see my son excited to get in and enjoy the rest of our time. We will def recommend to anyone and will use again

Single bed broken and to small for teens. When complained, got told to use the sofa bed!🤔
Tiles loose on bathroom floor.
No door on shower cubicle. They have an answer for everything, but do nothing.
Very poor condition. No after care.
