Adelphi Hotel Liverpool pool 2 day Break was absolutely shocking as hotel was well run down as the inside looks nothing compared to the pictures .the food service was the worst I have ever experienced as the have one counter to help your self and the que to get food I long instead of having at least 2 side to help with ques .the fod was cold and some of it was empty as the didn't restock it .and we where in room 222 which looked like it hadn't seen paint in years .and in th room 221 had dogs in it barking for over 35 min and I had to go down to reception and peak to them and they came back up but couldn’t enter the room as the didn't know if the dogs would be friendly or not so the moved us to room 405 which was at the front straight across from the clubs and the music was on till 3am and we didn't get to sleep till well after 03.30 am to be up for breakfast at 7 for 7.30 .the breakfast was okay .but the dinner from night before we didn't eat as it was extremely poor and cold and some of it was not stocked up so me and my girlfriend had to go and eat in the Bella Italia that was down from hotel..the night manager wasn't at all helpful and he new we couldn't get to sleep because of the dogs barking and he put us straight across from club with music on till 3am .we went to reception about 23.30 and didn't get moved till 12.20am .I would definitely not book the Liverpool 2 day to this hotel .and we where definitely not the only ones to complain about the hole experience and I do me it was a shocking experience

Just back from an amazing NC500 trip. Besides being a great driver, Danny has an outstanding knowledge of the history, the scenery and has a great sense of humour. Both the Station Hotel in Thurso and the Gairloch Hotel were nice with great food selection at breakfast and dinner. Don't forget your dancing shoes at home as Gairloch Hotel offers evening entertainment and has a dance floor. Unforgettable trip with beautiful scenery. We got much more experiences, visited more places that was advertised and that we hoped for. Thank you for the wonderful trip.

Just came back from a 4 day trip to Bosworth Hall Hotel and Spa.
Visits to Stamford, Matlock and Bakewell, and a couple not shown in brochure.
Coach driver was very professional and friendly, gave clear Instructions at each drop off and how to get to markets, sites, parks and other amenities, also timings and length of stay in areas.
The Hotel was beautiful and lovely grounds. Full English breakfast every morning, selection of cereals, continental breakfast. Toast, tea and coffee, buffet style, our breakfast was at 7:30, which I found less busy as hotel seemed to be very full. Dinner started with soup, then there was a carved meat, another selection pie or chicken, and fish dish, selection of vegetables. Pudding a selection of 3 cakes to choose from with cream. Our sitting was early 5:30 again self serve buffet style, tea and coffee available. The bar was next door so you could buy a drink to have with your meal or after. There was some seating in bar area, also an enclosed courtyard or a short walk along corridor to settee style seating, including recliner settees. After a long day very relaxing.
The room 155 we had was compact double, the windows were difficult sash old type difficult to open once closed, wardrobe was sliding mirrors off the tracks, a lot of noise to open and close. Bathroom had large bath with shower above which kept getting scalding hot, Bath was deep which was good for those who like baths, I shower and found it difficult to camber into and out of bath for shower, not suitable for those with flexibility issues , also ceiling was looking worse for wear, loose paint. The bed was a little firm for my liking. Saying that it had tea and coffee making with enough tea, coffee and sugar. Milk if further required was from reception, same for toilet rolls and clean towels as due to circumstances(covid) no cleaning was done during stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a very old building and could do with renovation but I liked its character, didn't see the ghost or blood seeping through. Also didn't have time for spa which was a shame. Next time might forgo the trips and enjoy the swimming and leisure spa.
All in all a very enjoyable trip, beautiful weather too Thank you
