Great trip to Brodick sailing on the Waverley paddle steamer as part of a day cruise. Ferry Terminal is very central for local shops, cafes and a few restaurants. Great views of Goat Fell from here.

Ferry staff are so professional and helpful despite the obstacles of poor weather or mechanical difficulties facing them. I've always been met with a smile and help when trying to get us on a ferry or changing a booking. For visitors - please treat staff with respect - their day is frequently long and stressful. They are doing their best.

Facilities at Arran terminal are excellent.Easy boarding of Ferries. The problem is unreliability of vessels due to frequent breakdowns. You are required to be there 30 mins before designated sailing time to avoid problems.

Great fun! We took a car on board, it was all very efficient and well organised. We had fish and chips on board, reasonably priced and good quality. One issue to watch out for, the ferry is quite old, the steps between decks are very steep and likely not suited to older passengers.

Very professional and nice. All staff been helpful and useful. We've been travel with a dog, and there is a special zone suitable for it. If you decide to take a car with you - do it and friendly staff will help you to board on and out quickly. Travel to Brodick took 1h in good atmosphere. I can recommend it from all of my heart.

Great and helpful staff. The location is great, and there are many buses and taxis in front of the terminal. Also, there are agencies for hiring cars. Restaurants, cafe and many facilities there too.
The views were fabulous. There are many seating areas on the beach, and the pedestrian paths are all alongside the beach.
