Cab My Ride - Southampton

I pre-booked ride for five people with three large suitcases was canceled by the company just 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, leaving us to find an alternative. I have booked this months in advance. I have used this company many times to Southampton Airport Parkway, but I will take my business elsewhere. DO NOT use Cab My Ride for any important transfers.

tl;dr:
Cons: cab arrived 1.5h late (pre-scheduled time), consistently false information communicated, immense stress, was very late past cruise boarding time. (30min past last call they let us board anyway) weak english from driver, company did not take responsibility. Would’ve been better to take the train or uber.
Pros: Clean cab, consistent/fast communication

The cab arrived late by an hour and a half on a pre-scheduled time almost missed my cruise. Would’ve appreciated better communication, we were told that the driver was 15 minutes late. For an hour and a half straight we were told that. Beyond that the cab itself was OK but our luggage was kind of thrown on to the ground when leaving. 6 seater cab drove 10-30kmph below speed limit most of the time although we were running late.

Very grateful to these guys who helped us out at short notice after we were totally let down on a pre-booked journey with Radio Taxis / West Quay Cars not turning up. These guys got a car to us out the city and got us back in despite awful football and cruise traffic. Docked one star due to driver ignoring his satnavs directions in a flawed effort to beat the traffic, but he did then charge a fixed fare despite him spending loads of time on the job so tipped him with thanks.

It turned up few mins before arranged time.
Driver was very friendly and helpful.
It will definitely be my first choice when I need a taxi again.

I have used Aryvo taxi service a few times now. From initial booking to the trip itself its always straightforward. Everyone in the office and the drivers are all professional, polite, and punctual! Takes the stress out of travelling. I would highly recommend them, and will continue to use their services going forward.

Superb. we were in a situation of error in the uber app destination ( end point was a few tens of meters). Original booking phone out of battery, the other not able to loggin due to uber failing to send MFA code to my email. We were sitting in the taxi but not able to move.

After exhausting possible remidies with uber. The driver put in a call to aryvo, a friendly person on the other end, even with a poor connection, (poor signal on my end) we were able to pay via a texted link and get on our way.

A big thanks to the driver who helped resolve the situation and switched to driving under aryvo. We were very tipsy after a charity event, it was past midnight and he was patient, calm, friendly and worked with us to get a solution that would get us home.

Sadly poor .
To be fair had a call for office pre booked cab running 10-12 minutes late actually arrive over 22 minutes late .
Our function was early hence the tea time booking.
Drive awkard to say the least.
Home bound arrived on time,however other pre booked destination drop-offs, not recorded another telephone call.
A friend had mentioned not to use this company due to historical issues .

Booked this company a month before my son's wedding, after the taxi did not arrive and numerous phone calls assuring me it was on it's way I was late for my son's wedding.This caused us a great deal of stress and upset and will never use this company again.
