Completely useless for Amazon returns. Last time I went in they had no returns boxes or bags, this time I was told the item was too big for the bags they had. Probably not entirely their fault, but I won't waste my time trying to return Amazon purchases there again!

I am absolutely livid!!!!! I’ve Been using this post office for several years now and very friendly with all the staff and the main manager is an absolute gentleman, I’ve enjoyed very much going in there and my children love coming with me too as they always get sweets and toys. Just wanted to set the scene here I spend a lot of money on there, I spent just under £100 yesterday on postage and stamps. Now I have direct proof and evidence there is one lady that works there and she is a disgrace, all the time she charges me more than she should, saying small package is large etc. I’ve never complained just go along with it. Yesterday she outright lied to my face and said the 24 hour tracked service was not available anymore and the booklet was out of date. So instead of charging me about £5 for each package I was charged £10.35, so I am now out of pocket nearly £40. And this morning I’ve Received a parcel today with the service I wanted to use…… this is fraud and such poor unethical behaviour!!!!!! Be careful and if you use this place make sure you insist on the services you want!!! DONT LET THEN SCAM YOU!!!!!

Staff is caring and very helpful with people with disability, we cannot without their support and useful information the local post office provided. Excellent service from staff.

I use pre paid online services for all my post for years so I am VERY familiar with all services available and their cost. But every time I queue up in this post office to drop off parcels I hear the woman at the till suggesting the most expensive option (usually next day Special delivery option) to anyone who wishes to post something as if it's their only option. Today was the fourth time in a row I heard her push special delivery for £8+ as if it's the best option for an envelope that would have easily be covered with 24 tracked at the max - especially as the specialDelivery won't get there till mon. Few times an elderly person left without posting as it was way more expensive than they anticipated. And rightly so! Sometimes I want to chase them down and tell them their real, much cheaper, options that would be fast, tracked and cover the value. I am disgusted by these people's greed and lack of kindness. Never going back and I suggest you do your research before you want to post there anything.

I am a daily visitor of this Post Office branch and can hand on heart say that the people who run the Post Office are some of the kindest people I have ever met.

They are always happy to help answer any questions and are happy to give advice on posting your items, should you need it.

The shop is stocked with a good variety of packaging goods along with a large selection of drinks and snacks.

Would highly recommend this Post Office branch to anyone!

I went to this Post Office last Thursday and the staff went above the call of duty. Taz was fantasctic, I had two parcels to return on behalf of my Mum and they sorted this for me and the parcels were returned as they sorted all the actions needed including helping me find the returns on Amazon. I also had another parcel that needed to be returned via EVRI and as the parcel had been taped up incorrectly, they very kindly removed tape covering the QR code and told me where I could find an EVRI returns location. Amazing service.
