Avoid at all costs. My Nan brought £60 worth of wool from here and when she started to knit it began to break. So she went back to request a refund which they refused and were very rude. After my Nan apologised to the lady for wanting to return the terrible quality wool she responded “no you’re not”. Imagine being rude to a 70+year old 😳

Not only do they have poor customer service but violate customer rights. They have broken the law by refusing to give a refund for a faulty item after POP was shown! If I had time I’d take them to small claims court, imagine all the other customers they have violated 😳

This shop is amazing!! Floor-to-ceiling of every colour and type of wool you need for any project. An array of different buttons, ribbons and fabrics to add. They have patterns to look at. No ask is too small, the owners are there to lend a hand. It's just off the main row of shops in long Eaton but not hard to find, open daily until 3 pm. You can see some projects that have been made with the wool that is sold in the shop. so you can get an idea of the outcome when using a particular wool. A great feature is the loyalty card, for every ball of wool you buy you get a stamp once you have collected a certain amount you get a free ball. Such a lovely touch.

We visited after a long lock down - what a joy to be in a yarn shop again! Impressive selection of DK plus other weights. Nice loyalty card for those of us where one ball will never be enough! There's a great layout enabling clear view of stock without crowding the space and plenty of hand sanitiser available. I had contacted the shop a few days earlier regarding an elusive colour (out of stock EVERYWHERE!) and was very pleased to get a quick response that they had plenty. I have promised my knitter Mum a visit here once the rules allow - she lives two counties away and will not be disappointed. Really easy to access with 2hrs free car park on the other side of the main road. Plus ( as I did) a great park to reward a patient toddler after final purchases made.

Every crochet & knitters dream!!! I'm brand new to crochet and got lost with all the yarn and accessories. Couldn't choose!!! Will definitely be back. Loved it!
I also noticed they did knitting and crochet courses for beginners and improvers. Great service too ☺️

Really good local yarn shop with fair prices and a great selection. They run knit and crochet classes as well. Anything they don't stock, they'll order for you. Friendly and helpful.
