I rented with B&S in London for 2 years. Pretty poor experience. Agent was completely uninterested and careless. They tried all sorts of tricks to claim deductions against our deposit (if you don't know your rights you'd probably fall for some of them). Finally, when nothing else worked, they intentionally delayed the entire process as much as they could.

I would highly recommend to stay away from this company.
