Shelley was our tour guide, and I was extremely disheartened when we had to depart; the loveliest tour guide, and an amazing person. Thank you for the stories, humour and fun we've had, hopefully our paths cross once more!

was a good experience right from the point of booking - tours were originally not made to pick up from Liverpool on Thursdays but i wrote in and it happened!

The tour from Liverpool to North Wales was enjoyable, and our guide, Shelly, was fantastic! She made the journey smooth and shared engaging stories and interesting facts about the places we visited. There was ample time to explore each stop, which I appreciated. However, the itinerary was quite different from what was listed on Viator, which was disappointing. I was especially bummed that we didn’t get to visit Snowdonia National Park as advertised. Although we saw beautiful mountainous areas with lakes, it wasn’t the Snowdonia experience I was hoping for

We took the Busy Bus Shore Excursion: North Wales Adventure from Liverpool with Frank and from Holyhead with Peter. We couldn't be happier with our experience. The stops were beautiful and well-timed, and the tour guides were easy to locate when we got off the ship. The stops included plenty of free time. Peter kept us entertained between stops. We got back to the ship in plenty of time.

Had an absolutely fantastic day trip to North Wales from Chester. Our driver, the wonderful Shelly helped make the day more enjoyable. The weather was fantastic, warm & sunny, we were given time at each beautiful spot to enjoy it all. I'm so glad I booked. I recommend this trip 100%
