It's alright. The good side is that it's local to the whole town and some of the nearby locations. Sadly the waits are a bit frustrating and long and the toilets have some problems. Very off topic but there are a few rubbish bins there with a lot of cool scrap and treasures inside, I do not recommend taking anything for I have called dibs on it. I just want to be like my idol: Mike The Scavenger.

A clean enough interchange but the downside was the toilets couldn't be locked closed. I had to stand outside the door while my ladyfriend was doing her business.

The Thetford Interchange is a bus station that I used to get to from Thetford to London via the National Express. I thought this was a decent place, it's got several bus stops and there's also toilets too bus they have a short opening time. Otherwise it's very clean and suitable for the town, and it's also next to the town centre too.

Can i just say,The bus drivers are so nice and friendly, Obviously my personal opinion, Buses mostly on time I feel safe waiting in the bus exchange, Nice and clean and there are facilities for disabled, people who need to go into the public toilets,

The council people who approved this bus terminal had obviously never had to catch a bus everyday . The actual shelters are rubbish at protecting you from the weather . The other seats are metal and uncovered so when wet you can't sit down . Total waste of space .

Thetford's Minstergate Bus Interchange is nowt but a concrete pitch with several bus shelters dotted around the perimeter. There were 'artist's impression' plans displayed to the public about a decade ago promising a proper UNDERCOVER Bus Station, but all that has been built is this. A pathetic excuse for a town Bus Station!

Awful waiting for NationalExpress. We had to wait for over 30 mins for a change of drivers. Arrived in Norwich about 45 minutes late. Some very upset passengers on board.
