charged £55 for a trip that usually costs £25. Driver was unfriendly. Poor communication about payment methods. The whole experience left us feeling ripped off. There are better alternatives available in the area.

Quick prompt service but expensive at £19.10 from Hurn Lane Campsite to b&m. £6.90 added to meter before we left. I booked for 2 adults and a dog but was questioned about the dog by the same guy on arrival. But hey ho you can only do so much, and rather than acting ignorant he could have turned down the booking.
Edit in response to the owner: We were charged £12 with exact same distance and traffic. You are over charging for a day time distance of 3.6 miles, taking less than 10mins to complete.
Don't worry we wouldn't make the mistake of using this company again.

Used them for the first time on Wednesday 1may would definitely use them again no question, quick pick up friendly driver and in my opinion very reasonably priced, my trip was Bridgwater to Burnham on sea

Avoid this company, very expensive indeed. I was charged £60 pounds for a collection from Cheddar to Burnham. This journey was arranged by someone else. I would have used another taxi firm, if I had booked the journey myself. Previously was charged £10 pounds to go from a sea front location to Highbridge Medical Centre on a Saturday this was last year, this was for 1 journey, I walked home, I wasn't going to pay £20.00 pounds for a 8 minute journey, each way. Will not use this company again. Judging from many other reviews people have left it is obvious that this service and this firm is over priced.

Removing the previous 5 stars. This company ALWAYS overcharges nowadays. We put up with that because there are so few taxis running in the area but today, we booked a taxi 4pm with good notice. They called twice to check pick up location and time. They were late so I called. I again told them pick location. They still did not arrive. The man I spoke to seemed to not understand the pick location. Told him twice more. He said he would send another driver. I asked does he know it's from and too the locations. He said them back to me.
No taxi.
My phone did a weird not quite ring. Giving benefit of doubt called them back thinking it a signal issue. Asked where they were. Guy started yelling that his driver was on another job we were not where we were meant to be. An entire cafe full of people could attest we had been outside the entire time.

He hung up. I called the general number back , that was the person who had difficulty with the pick up location and told him what happend and asked if they were intending to come back as they had stranded an 80 yr old in poor health with no means of getting home. The response was to refuse to take any responsibility, blame the customer and yell about being busy.
Frankly this company are unforgivable. I will be reporting this incident to the reporting authority Monday.I am not an expert by any means but know enough to know everything from the overcharging to verbal abuse is not permitted and I would hate to think another vulnerable person could end up in this situation through no fault of their own
