Just used them again to get to and from Birmingham International. We were kept fully informed beforehand and the taxi arrived in good time to get us to the airport.

Super service and excellent drivers.

We'd never used a taxi service to the airport before but, in for a penny in for a pound, which is where we had our first surprise. The number of pounds charged was surprisingly small. Offset this against not filling our own car with juice and paying for airport parking and things got even more reasonable.

The driver was on time to the minute and got us to the terminal in good time. On our return, the convenience of just falling into a comfy seat after 24 hours of travel was immense.

Throughout we were kept informed of all we needed to know.

BAT we're superb and will be our first call on our next journey.

I asked on my Facebook if anyone could recommend an airport taxi firm and everyone who replied said Burbage Airport Taxis. So I booked them for my recent trip to Barcelona, so I needed a taxi from Barwell to Luton and back again. I contacted them I had a response immediately and all the details I needed. The communication from Russ and the team running up to and during my trip was amazing. Tony took us to the airport he was on time and looked after me and my daughter. Then on the way home we had John and again he was brilliant with communication where he'd be waiting for us and took us home right to the door. I cannot fault the service of these guys and will not be going anywhere else in future without them! 😀

This has to be one of the best pre-bookable airport taxi services in the Midlands. I have recommended them to many of my friends and business clients and all have said that they are the most courteous drivers and always on time , even when flights are delayed they have waited for hours so that us customers are not left stranded. Arriving on Time for collection took the stress out of our holiday travel and meant we could start our holiday as soon as we closed the door! Excellent service even at extremely short notice. The taxi that I had organised failed to turn up to take me to East Midlands Airport in the early hours of the morning. At 4 in the morning Russell managed to get to me within 10 minutes and get me to the airport in time for my flight. With such brilliant service, a beautifully clean vehicle and a polite, helpful manner I would strongly recommend Burbage Airport Taxis to everybody.
