I use this service often and am usually very happy with them, but today, my driver had both the front windows open and I kindly asked “do you mind closing the windows a little bit please?” And his reply was a short and dismissive “yea”. Period. Didn’t close the windows, no further comment. No words spoken all ride.
So overall the drivers are very nice and friendly. The gentleman that drove me today, and was only like 5min drive, not like he would die of heat, was very rude in my point of view. Hope I don’t get him again.

We recently used Bruce Taxis for a trip to Glasgow Airport and could not be happier with the service. We booked in advance for our journey there and they were very accommodating, arrived exactly on time, the set price was great, and the driver was friendly and professional.

For our return journey, we forgot to book in advance and had to phone on the day we were flying home. Simon, the call handler, was brilliant. He went out of his way to contact drivers for an 8 passenger taxi. Although he could not get through right away, he reassured us he would get back to us either way. True to his word, he called back within five minutes to confirm he had arranged a driver for us, sent over the payment link, and gave clear instructions for when we landed.

On arrival, the driver was there right on time, was friendly, and made the final part of our journey stress free. We will definitely be using Bruce Taxis again and highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Bruce Taxis .
At short notice on Monday they were able to arrange a wheelchair accessible taxi to take my wife to Forth Valley hospital both drivers were very friendly and put my wife at ease.
All in all an exemplary service from Bruce Taxis
