Probably the nicest B&B I've ever stayed in. Reminds me of the Room of Requirement from Harry Potter. Anytime you need something, it's there! In the mood to build? Hugo has got you covered with a bottomless supply of Palettes, wires, power tools, and even a backhoe! Want a fresh vegan snack? Their cabinets contain the worlds largest supply of natural peanut butter! Cup of tea? two taps from their sink and you'll have boiling water - magic!

The area is also wonderful! Surrounded by beautiful countryside, but only a quick drive from what is probably the UK's nicest club -Infinity, not to mention the world famous Chicken George for a little snack after some powerful dancing.

Any trip to England wouldn't be complete without a weekend at Brook House Farm. Say hi to the Smiths and their assistant Alexa for me! 🙂

wow dis place is gr8, 10/10 the best b&b i have EVER been to!!!!!!! facilities amazing - on site launderette, exquisite shower and bathroom facilities, i even got my own personal tour guide hugo smith, accompanied by the sexy and sassy GILL SMITH!!!!! plenty of husky boys to help a girl like me with all my heavy bags (of make up, lingerie and contraception obviously) this place will take your breath away, and your virginity.

Lovely cosy farmhouse and wonderful hosts- very popular with the younger crowd and baby boomers alike- never a dull moment! In the summer they arrange guided tours of the local boot fairs- highly recommended!

This is an upper class establishment made up by upper class individuals. The farm is kept safe by onsite security. Heading up the security is none other than heavy weight boxer Beano. No one can stay in more control when in the face of danger than Beano, a real trooper. Head of pallet design and pallet construction Hugo. That man really knows his way around a pallet and never afraid to let his spray foam gun go when needed. Head of bed and toilet testing Monty. He really works himself to the bone alternating between the bed and toilet. The farm wouldn't be complete without the occasional lodger Eddy who does like to pop in from time to time to eat some peanut butter. And heading up the whole establishment is the boss Gill. A lovely lady but just remember in not on.

this place is like a second home to me. come on friday, stay all weekend. there are seven cats, maybe more. if you want hummus,this is the place to be. anything goes but what happens at brook house farm stays at brook house farm. 🍺🐱✌💃

So this is legit one of the best places on earth and one of the most amazing families that live here. They will show you awesome games like cards against humanity and there is always humous. this is also the HQ for some hella mad parties.
