Ordered taxi on 5th November from vets for pets to home waited half an hour no taxi rang to see if any progress was told they would make me a priority. One hour later still no taxi, when I checked they had cancelled it, no explanation no letting me know, just left me stranded. Will never use this firm again.

Absolutely brilliant, rang up needing a taxi straight away and within about 6 minutes it was there, you can't get better service than that. Prices are really reasonable and drivers friendly as well. Operator on phone is brilliant too 😃

Booked a cab for travelling to Wigan North Western for 5:15 (to me not a ridiculously early time). Didn’t arrive on time, called and was told because it’s early they didn’t have the drivers. They should have warned me of this when I booked it or called me at least with enough time to make an alternative plan. Had to wake my wife and 6 week old baby to take me to the station. Do they know how much a train ticket is these days?! The guy just put the phone down on me when I complained. These guys don’t care about
or know what customer services is. Terrible. DO NOT USE.

I booked this taxi at 16-59 pm for a pickup time of 11-45pm and it didn’t arrive. And left us stranded for 45 minutes before you cancelled the taxi because you couldn’t find a driver.I had phone twice asking where my taxi was and your excuse was that you try to find driver. You had almost 7 hours to find driver. You never phoned to explain the situation. Your business structure is a disgrace. Will not be using you again. I would have rated your business with zero stars but the rating app wouldn’t let me.
