I’ve been using this taxi service regularly and overall I’m very satisfied. The drivers are professional, the vehicles are always clean, and the rides are smooth and reliable. Booking is usually quick and easy through the app, and everything works perfectly in town. The only problem I’ve noticed is when I’m in rural areas with weak phone reception. The booking app often struggles to load or confirm a ride, which creates a lot of uncertainty. It would be great if the app were designed to handle low-signal conditions better, since that’s often when a reliable taxi service is needed most. Other than that, I’ve had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend the service.

Outstanding service. We've used Britannia multiple times for both local journeys and airport transfers, and every experience has been seamless.
