Bristol coach station really needs to sort itself out when it comes to drop offs and pick ups. There is literally no space for cars to quickly stop for five or ten minutes just to pick up friends or loved ones. If you do manage to find a small space it is always taken up by those overpriced blue taxis that seem to camp there. Do they not realise Uber is the future and people do not want to rely on expensive cabs anymore.

On top of that the place honestly stinks of urine which makes the whole experience even worse. For such a busy transport hub you would expect it to be kept cleaner and more welcoming, but instead it feels run down and neglected. It is just frustrating because the location could be so much better if they made a few changes.

Bristol bus station is really good, but in the mornings it’s very annoying when people come asking for money, shouting loudly and disturbing everyone. This has happened to me twice already. Honestly, this is not good at all — something needs to be done about it.”

Never use Flixbus!! The driver just stop the bus to force every single person one by one to put the belts on and frightening with pulled out everyone in the middle of nowhere. I ask for the toilet because 30 minutos ago already ask for the toilet cause it was lock with a key and it was unsuccessful he also scream at me and said I was telling excuses (everyone heard me asking 30 minutes ago and they try to help me open it, unfortunately unsuccessfully

New coffee shop is a terrible place to get drink, The staff are not fully trained in customer service, just recently a couple incidents affirm that they discriminate on whom they sell too. They will demand you buy from the shop or call security. Buyers beware , better served at the Gregg's shop behind the station for a better deal and service.

Homeless people groaning really loudly. Everything looks beaten up. I was glad I was able to make it home

Generally the place is ok but the toilets are an absolute disgrace and unsuitable for human use. The key players National Express, Firstbus, Megabus and others should coordinate and sort this out. I am sure that some potential users are not booking from here due to shocking toilet facilities.

It was a pretty rough place. Needs a big of a clean and TLC. Pigeons and what they leave all over the place. But it facilitates cheap travel so cannot complain to much.

Toilets are awful, locks broken, never cleaned. Hooks broken off so if you are travelling with a handbag you have to hang it around your neck while you use the toilet (obviously not going to put it on the disgusting floor). After using them, you go to wash your hands and there is no soap. Would it kill them to repair the toilets and provide soap? It’s been like this for a long time as well. We had covid and now there is norovirus and the 10 week cough going around, you’d think someone would think of these things. There are also two different signs pointing to the toilets, one of which leads nowhere. You can only see the board for the coaches from one area of the station, so if there are alterations you have no way of knowing, unless you leave your spot in the queue and go to have a look. There are timetables for buses and timetables for coaches, but it’s not very clear which is which. Very confusing for tourists I imagine. Maybe there is a mop in the utility closet that you can put some sunglasses on who could do a better job of designing the layout of the station. The bus drivers and cafe staff are lovely, it’s obviously just managed horribly.
