Great customer service - I dropped my railcard on the floor of a bus and these lovely people got it back to me in no time. Kind polite phone call and help in the shop. Love the life-size ‘bus’ too!

I lost my purse on a bus with keys and cards, and very luckily it was handed in and given to this travel shop. run. Take a ticket, wait your turn, and you will
be served by a friendly efficient member of

Very helpful staff in the shop. Annual bus passes have gone up dramatically over the last few years, making it more and more expensive. Don't know how this is justified, and will soon become too expensive.

Such lovely staff. Their machines aren't great cos of the WiFi but they were so sweet and understanding when I got frustrated over an error in the system. My only advice is pay in cash and please don't get mad at them when their machines don't work.

I just went to the store and wanted to find my AirPods case. Because my iPhone matches the case and says it’s in this store right now. So I went in and asked the staff if they could help me look for it. The attitude of the staff was terrible from the beginning! The location is clearly in the store, but he also said that this is in the next door with very reluctant expression. The staff doesn’t want to search anything until I provided the exact bus information, the date of loss, and a picture of my missing AirPods. Then he found it and joked that it was his and wouldn't return it to me. He said I had to Bluetooth it to my phone before I could return it. But it had some mistakes in the middle that made it impossible to connect. BUT I gave him a lot of accurate information instead and he still didn't believe me. There was a long standoff before he got me to sign and very bad attitude throughout! May I ask if I lost a bag, do I need to connect it with Bluetooth to retrieve it? Or do I need to provide the factory code of the bag to proof it was mine? What a ridiculous behavior! This staff deliberately create difficulties for me and ruined my day!
