Great company, prompt reply toy original question. Price quoted very good, booking confirmation clear. Julie sent information through of drivers details, name and vehicle . Micheal was very nice, actually turned up early as he'd finished a job locally. Got us to our destination in plenty of time. Would definitely recommend this company, and will be using them again .

Great service. Our flight was delayed & we were 7 hours late in arriving at East Midlands Airport . Despite this, our taxi arrived promptly. Spotlessly clean vehicle, driver was polite & helpful and got us home quickly & safely. Would definitely use Bright Star again.

Highly recommend bright star travel...which we booked for an airport run.
We received a txt to let us know they were on their way with car make and Reg, Ben arrived just before our time which was fine , he was very helpful and friendly( I did apologise for the weight of my case lol ) we had a good and safe journey to and from the airport , again he was at airport so everything was spot on.well done bright star travel will definitely recommend and use again

We got picked up Friday by Michael to take us to Butlin’s he asked what music we like and played it he also stopped half way so we could use the loo and have a stretch he picked us up again and same again very polite and well mannered helps us with our cases ect we will deffo book again thank you
