Just booked a caravan holiday throught Breakfree holidays but feel let down by the whole experience. At the point of booking I was advised that linen would be included in the quoted price. Once I had completed the booking and made full payment I was then advised that the linen was not included and that there would be an additional charge. Although they admitted their error and apologised, it was what happened next that I found disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility and offering to rectify the problem they washed their hands of it. Their attitude seemed to be sorry we messed up but it's your problem now, really poor attitude to customer service. Being balanced they did respond to my complaint promptly and offered to cancel the booking but I still feel this a poor way to treat customers once you have made an error.

We found the park very clean, set in lovely surroundings and very peaceful. A little tricky to find initially. Quite a narrow road in and out for a few miles. Enjoyed the pool and flume on site but more a fun pool than a pool for serious swimming. We stayed out of peak season so probably why it was so quiet.

AVOID THEM !! I had a holiday booked in June 2020 but when the pandemic started they cancelled it, which is absolutely fine. However, they gave me a holiday voucher even though they said I could get a refund and even though I requested a refund. Their system wouldn't allow me to re-book a holiday using their voucher, so I asked for a refund again and they refused. I tried to complain 3 times but they won't record any complaint. ZOE and SANDRA are just ignoring my emails and if course I can't speak to them on the phone. Just rude and ignorant people STEALING YOUR MONEY! You don't even deserve one star

Contacted Breakfree a week ago ref. a holiday cancelled in March. They do not answer the phone so emailed them requesting information on what has happened to my payment as I had heard nothing from them. A week later and still no reply. Very unprofessional customer service. I have booked many holidays through them in the past but no more.

Not worth the effort. Additional service charge almost 60 quid, plus another payment for the dog. Cheaper to book from Haven for us that this "offer"

Terrible website, incredibly unuser friendly. Takes forever to find something with availability and then takes you around in circles when trying to book. I just gave up in the end.
