We had an amazing 5 day tour in Scotland with Braw Tours. Every stage of the planning was a breeze with such helpful suggestions along the way. Our tour guide, Raymond, was an absolute delight, looking out for and accommodating 3 generations of my family with ease and humor. If you’re searching for a private tour company in Scotland, look no further! Braw Scottish Tours offers amazing personalized planning. Their customer service is top notch and worth every pence. My family just returned from a five-day tour of the Highlands with stops in Oban, Isle of Skye and Inverness. From our initial pick up at our hotel in Edinburgh to our drop off in Glasgow, Alan, our driver/guide, was everything we had hoped for and more. We traveled by luxury vehicle exploring the beautiful country of Scotland, weaving our way through mountains, villages and endless miles of sheep filled countryside. Alan made the trip even more special by taking us to hidden gems we never would have found on our own. I loved working with Deborah as we selected, then perfected the itinerary. Castles, lochs, highland coos, kelpies, fairies, whisky, and a few Outlander locations… need I say more? We're already dreaming about our next adventure with Braw Scottish Tours!

We've just returned from a two week tour of Scotland and wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had. Leah at Braw Tours was very helpful and inquired about our interests so she could design a customized tour for us. Since it was just going to be two of us on the tour, we opted to have a private driver/tour guide so we could sit back, relax and enjoy the views. Our driver, Graham Johnstone, was a perfect fit for us. We had asked Leah to let our driver know that we were open to adjusting the itinerary if our driver had alternative suggestions that we might prefer, and Graham did this for us on a number of occasions. As a result, we had some unique experiences that would not have happened if it weren't for Graham. His sense of humor kept us laughing throughout the trip, and we felt like we made a friend over our two week vacation. We appreciated his skillful, safe driving and never felt uncomfortable with him behind the wheel. Also, he was always punctual, patient and cheerful! We also really enjoyed listening to his stories and Scottish tales... we were never, ever bored! Graham is truly a gem and was a big part of why we'll always look back on our Scottish vacation so fondly.

We had the trip of a lifetime made possible by the team at Braw Scottish Tours! Rae was a great help with getting our itinerary made and was very helpful with suggestions. There was a group of 6 of us traveling together and we spent a week with Gordon as our driver/tour guide/sherpa/our everything! He was absolutely the best! When the weather changed, he offered suggestions that might be more suitable and always made sure we were having a good time. He even held the umbrella over my husband when he got sick with food poisoning on day one in a parking lot (got it from our Royal Caribbean cruise from the night before, not from anywhere we stopped with Braw). Gordon is the best and when we come back we will definitely be using Braw again and asking for Gordon!

My family (mom, dad, sister, and I) did a 5 day driving tour of Skye and the Highlands. It was a fabulous time and our driver Grant was so lovely. Deborah made the planning process easy for us. Our first trip to Scotland was simply amazing and it was made extra special with excursion with Braw Scottish Tours. The outstanding communication and sincerity that I had with Leah in planning our excursion to key Scottish sites was the absolute best! It was always timely, professional and sincere!
Then Callum, our driver for the day of our excursion, was absolutely brilliant! He was extremely professional, impeccably dressed, and personable. He made an already amazing day even better with his easy approach and so much so that it felt like he was our travel partner.
We will definitely use Braw Scottish Tours again when we return to Scotland!

Braw Scottish Tours provides an exceptional experience. My husband and I booked three private tours for a total of two weeks with Braw, a day tour of Glasgow, a three day tour of Islay (the whisky island), and a ten day tour of Scotland's Islands and Highlands (my cousin and her husband joined us on the ten day tour.) Deborah at Braw assisted with every planning detail in a superbly competent way. Gordon was our driver/guide for all three tours, and it would be impossible to select anyone better suited as our tour leader. He ensured that every day of the tour was even more spectacular than the last. His compassionate and thoughtful assistance with my cancer recovery mobility issues was deeply appreciated. His remarkable passion for his country and his sheer joy in sharing that passion with us made him a wonderful traveling partner. And his devilish sense of humor delighted us all. Braw is an incredible company that provided me and my wife with great customer service (Callum) and a great tour guide (James) during our recent visit to Scotland. Callum assisted us during the planning phase helping to setup a custom tour with the items that interested us. He was always responsive to emails and had our tour organized easily. He even accommodated special requests and last minute changes. We travelled with another couple and our trip exceeded our expectations in every way. Our tour guide James was great, providing background and information regarding areas we travelled and the places we visited. He was funny and entertaining, had us laughing the entire trip. James was also very flexible regarding small changes or requests during our tour. (like adding more distilleries to the tour) He connected with all four of us and strived to understand what we were interested in and what was important to us. Using Braw was 10 times better than trying to do this on my own. I don’t know how this company does it. Based on the other reviews posted, every tour guide, every planner, every office person at Braw is dedicated to providing great customer service. This experience outshines all others experiences I have had in the travel industry. I will definitely be using them again for our future trips to the UK.
