Unbelievably rude customer service, particularly the lady. They made me wait for 5 minutes holding two parcels so 3 members of staff could have a chat amongst themselves. I then asked to be served as I’m in a rush and have meetings and was greeted with a response of “that’s not my problem, that’s your problem”. I gasped with shock as I’ve never experienced customer service this poor and even told them how shocking her response was, the lady got more aggressive with her responses and went on to say “have you not been to a post office before, you are not allowed to return here” - all of this just because I asked to be served after waiting patiently at an empty counter. Very strange!

Really good shop and post office that has never let me down over probably 200 visits. Staff can be a bit rushed at busy times but they do a great job and I get my milk and groceries there as I pass. Chilled wines are perfect for summer evenings.

Post office very unhelpful wanted to pay a BT cheque all relevant paperwork said they do not take this method of payment,as the are a sub post office I take it that meant sub standard this is not first time they've refused to take a method of payment,always have to wait to be served as usually one staff member doing both shop and post office much much better when post office was in horsecroft road both lady and gentleman never refused to take a method of payment give us a post office that wants to serve customers and be helpful we can't always get into town will certainly take my custom else where

Unfriendly and unhelpful. Advertised as open until 11pm. Randomly closed by 7pm. Person behind the till hardly offered an apology, was very rude and asked for the next person while I was still speaking. Despite the fact I'd carried heavy parcels over a mile to post.

Real mixed bag of experiences, the older man who seems to run the place is rude, unhelpful and arrogant, however the younger lady that works there is always very nice and helpful and smiley.
