What a great day we all had on Wednesday at Woburn Safari Park . Tim our driver is the best and the most accommodating driver that any one could get .
Woburn Safari Park is worth going to see with Bovy .. it's a great price for entrance to the park & travel with this company in a clean and comfortable coach . Never enjoyed going to a Zoo but this experience at this park certainly made me appreciate all the beautiful animals and I learned a few more usual facts from our tour quide that was included in the price. Park was clean and I loved the day there & the sun was out ..would defo go again ..

I went to Highgate cemetery with your coach co on the 13th October first of all the coach was an hour late, the driver didn’t say a word from the time he picked us up we were an hour late so missed our time slot for the tour, it was booked for 12 we didn’t get ours until 2.15 which cut our time there also when I asked him after he arrived what time pick up was he shouted at in a nasty voice 5 because Highgate shuts at 4.30 again so another delay, another 3 hour journey home
So needless to say I shall never go with your coach company again unless your drivers are civil.
The least he could have done was apologise to us all, I know traffic was bad BUT that’s NO excuse for bad manners

Wouldn't recommend at all.. Had a trip booked with them to go to Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park. On arriving at the pick up point, we was told we wasn't on the drivers list, even though our booking form was presented, the driver said he couldn't take us, leaving a very upset and disappointed family. After phoning the company, i was told by a "manager"? (after apologising and giving multiple excuses) that a full refund would be made. Since the phone call, (and maybe time to think in the 24hrs that passed), they have now refused a refund claiming someone had cancelled due to a "death in the family", and a line magically appeared through my booking! (Very odd) A pathetic, lame and sick excuse for taking someone's money and then not delivering the service. I dare say some attempt to cover themselves with a lame explanation will appear in a possible answer to this.
Update: Since this review, the company has emailed myself admitting a miscommunication and asked me to remove all reviews before giving a refund first. Quote "following which we will issue £100 direct to your nominated bank account for the 4 tickets for Winter Wonderland" Even though the refund offer is conditional, they still insist that they are not devious or unscrupulous ?. This seems more like a payment to hide their error more than being a decent and honest attempt at giving a genuine refund. I'd rather stick to my principles and let them keep the money as it's so important to them..

Ramsgate Retirement Association have recently used Bovy for two day trips one to London, city cruise, drop off for river cruise and pickup for trip around town to see the lights, the second was for a Christmas lunch trip out on both occasions we had the same driver “Tim” very helpful, excellent service on both occasions and a very clean coach. It makes the day with good service.

Good trip to Rye market , although had to double back as a road was closed, then onto a Tenterden. Tim was very nice. Was unaware seats could be reserved and unfortunately a lot were, so my friend and I had to struggle nearly to the back?. Being disabled will learn from this

Great trip to RHS Wisley today. Very reasonably priced, inc cream tea and entry. Driver very punctual and arrived before designated time. Coach very comfortable. Toilet and tea/coffee facilities on-board too. Will look out for more trips?

Day trip to Hastings. Coach was past it's sell by date. Looked quite dilapidated. No toilet on board and one window boarded up with black plastic. Driver who said he was 'the guvnor' went the wrong way and when he stopped for a toilet break at Ashford rail station (!) the toilets were closed. One star because Hastings was a very nice place but would not travel with this company again.
Maybe with a more professional coach driver it would have been better.
