The driver of the bus NS 205 date 10th December ,7.30 am from Heathrow to bournemouth was so rude that he ask me to go and take a taxi from Heathrow to bournemouth. Not minding I paid for the trip . it is shocking and painful to recieve such from your driver. your driver should be helpful and mind the use of words and be kind to customers..

Booked 22.30 coach yesterday 27.01.2025. It had left at 20.17 (we arrived 20 20). Tracker shows early leave. I am disabled and we were left with no options but to taxi. I'm 73 and my Son had booked with the possibility of alternative coach at extra price. Diabolical and refund is needed at least. Never use again. He has pics

Really liked their services, always preferred travelling from Heathrow Airport Terminal to Bournemouth and vice versa. Economic mode of transport when compared with GWR/SWR trains or Cabs.

Drivers are really accomodating if we plan to prepone the bus time (provided) there is enough space in the bus.

Suggestion - Allow 3 pieces of Luggage for free for people travelling to the airport, especially tourists. Charging £ 12-15/per bag (first 2 bags are free) is a bit too much for tourists.

We were booked to travel to London Heathrow (LHR) last Tuesday on the 0840 and when we arrived early at 0820 we were advised that the LHR coach had been cancelled due to driver and back up sickness. The bus controller said that they were implementing their contingency in this rare event and we were asked to board the coach scheduled for London Victoria that had been held for 20 mins and that that coach would divert to LHR arriving 20 mins early but unfortunately the Victoria coach would be a late arrival into Victoria by about 30 - 40 mins.
The drivers were getting loads of criticism bordering on abuse but they handled it all professionally. We were very grateful that we got there in plenty of time after being told of a cancellation. The drivers and staff were great in such circumstances and this is a first cancellation in our experience over the last few years.

It was the last time I ever travelled with them. Terrible service and drivers are unhelpful and rude, and customer service is only listening to the machine promising the advisor will be available soon, but you can wait forever.
It's much better for passengers to just walk.
