Prompt and efficient friendly service. The app worked fine and was easy to use. The staff in the shop knew what to do both when I dropped and picked up my bags. Half the price of the in-station bag drop option for an all day storage plus the shop is open 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Drop off was pretty painless. Just be sure that whoever makes the reservation is doing pickup. One of the employees snapped at my friend because we’d made one reservation instead of two. So convenient to Waterloo Station and open 24 hours.

We had two small carry-on sized rucksacks that we decided to store for the day rather than carry around while sightseeing in London. We selected the option for larger luggage (think 23kg hold luggage).

Firstly, we expected a locker-style system—but this was far from it. The bags were simply bundled into a back storage space used for over stock. From what we could tell, this area was never locked—we could clearly see two bags through an open room next to the till. The server was very unhelpful. Although we technically had two bags, I offered to join them together with zip ties to count as one item (still much smaller than the "large luggage" we paid for). He refused and said we’d need to pay for a second bag. No flexibility, and frankly quite dismissive and borderline rude. In the end, we overfilled one rucksack and carried on with just that one checked in.

After attaching a number to the bag and taking a photo (the only proof we had), the staff member told us to just leave it behind us in the shop and someone else would come and sort it. This is a central London shop, with people constantly coming in and out—I couldn't believe we were being told to leave our belongings unattended on the floor. I openly refused and said I’d wait until I saw it being placed somewhere secure.

The pickup experience was even more chaotic. I’ll note that this part wasn’t entirely within the shop’s control, but the service was still poor. We had, unknowingly, chosen to collect our bags during the 'Unite for Britain' protest march—which passed right in front of the shop at its peak. The shop was in chaos, full of inebriated right-wing protestors trying to buy food or alcohol. The queue was enormous and the space was tiny. I tried to get the attention of the staff to explain we were just collecting luggage and needed to catch a train (delayed already due to the protest), but was just told repeatedly to join the back of the queue. Completely dismissed.

Thankfully, the third staff member—the one who had originally taken our bags—was moving about the shop trying to manage the crowd. I managed to get his attention, and luckily (mainly because two other people had now also arrived to collect luggage), he helped us out and retrieved our bag.

All in all—protest chaos aside—the experience of using this service was very poor. Staff were rude and unhelpful, with no thought given to customer experience. The security and safety of our bags felt questionable at best. We wish we’d paid the extra to use the left luggage facility at Waterloo Station instead. We won’t be using this service again.

Great service and super easy!! The only thing that made it a 4* and not a 5* was the gentleman behind the till lacking the warmth of service that the lovely gentleman that took my bag and collected by bag from the storeroom. With him, everything was no problem and super friendly. Def would use again!!

The booking process was easy and digital follow-up was accurate and prompt. On arrival at the venue my code was scanned and receipt ticket issued. On my return the suitcase was promptly returned to me.
The staff at Food Express were extremely courteous and polite in bit deposit and retrieval.

Great service. You need to make the booking in advance but we did it from the QR code in store. Much better price than in the station.

I used a Bounce storage partner near Waterloo station. It was easy to find and book in advance, the drop off and collection was straightforward. They were open 24hrs, which was really helpful, as I collected after midnight.

We used the place to store our luggage (first time with the bounce app) and it was great! Cheap, great location, and the luggage was stored safely in the backroom with extra precautions (ticket numbers and scanning the app's QR code). Lovely, cheers!
