When I was searching for a mortgage broker that deals with self employed mortgages I always felt dread because me and my husband have been left to feel like there is nothing on offer because of our occupation which can be very disheartening. I did phone two other companys and even my own mortgage provider of 6 years TSB but no hope. I then stumbled across Botterill Saw on google, what a lucky choice that was and I can honestly say I am so glad that I found them. With myself and my husband both being self employed gardeners we were struggling to get a mortgage broker that would help in the way that we needed others to. When I called them for the first time I explained to Liz first being on the phone how hard it was explaining our personal circumstance to other companys that just didn't understand, and she said that you do not realise how many times I hear this. She was so quick to answer all my questions and later I was on the phone to Peter to explain what our plan was to move and our financial position.

From my personal opinion Peter has the knowledge and understanding of where you exactly need to be before you get a mortgage in principle. He won't leave you feeling uncertain and will always find a way to help. Emily was the next person to then help with the final stages. She is a lovely person too and she tried so hard to help me and my husband get the best deal with a mortgage provider. She also saved us on alot of money that was left over too.

Overall we will be renewing our mortgage with Peter & Emily to get the best rate again, and for anything else financial.

We are so happy now that we have finally settled into our new family home a month in now. We couldn't of done it if we had not found Peter Emily and Liz. Thankyou so much.
