The hotel and spa are first class. Thr staff are a credit to themselves and their Manager for how hard they work and how wonderful they are with the guests. The grounds are impeccable as are the facilities. Food totally delicious and the standard of accommodation and range of is immaculate. Can't wait to come back. Thank you for a perfect stay. This place is a cut above.

Stayed here for 2nights. Bedroom was lovely and spacious, tea/coffee facilities, iron/ironing board, hairdryer all in room. Buffet breakfast... wasnt no orange juice the 1st morning i asked staff 4 times if they could me some but none of them seemed bothered so i never got any but the food was lovely but struggled with even meal. Fish was a grey colour, was only chips for the 2 night's...no other potato option could do with more options. Hotel is very clean and outside space is beautiful. Just a shame no entertainment at night. Overall a pleasant stay

A really lovely spa break experience! Friendly and helpful staff and excellent value for money. I had a massage and facial with Jess - amaaazing! ||Very peaceful outside, plenty of room and beautiful weather for us.||Helen also excellent- my sister said her treatments were top notch too.||Will be back 🧡

The hotel is in a nice area beside the village with 3 decent pubs. The grounds are nice to walk around and the hotel itself has impressive interiors. The leisure facilities are immaculate and staff there are very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and there was a good selection of toiletries. The room had an iron, hair dryer, microwave (?) and electric fan which was definitely needed in such a small stuffy room with lovely sash windows that don’t stay open unfortunately. BUT, the room was very small, the dinner we paid for was a free for all buffet with mediocre food. No atmosphere or quality which you’d expect from an elite stay. Very little choices and no drinks offered. No choices for vegan or vegetarians unless you love frozen food. You have to book your dinner and breakfast around the coaches that are there which limits your choice again . We were very disappointed to find that paying over £140 for one night doesn’t include spa access and you have to pay £5 per day per person extra. The breakfast was adequate. Waitress staff were embarrassed about the shortages of food and drink. Surely if you run out of apple or orange juice, fruit etc then you send out for some? Not rocket science. Coffee machine out of order so just basic stuff- we expected better. On arrival definitely not a friendly or welcoming experience with a staff member who was difficult to understand and who had the wrong attitude. There was a wedding on and the thumping music continued until 12. There was a constant droning noise in our room so sleep quality was poor. The area surrounding this place is lovely but we wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is about average and the buffet dinner wasn’t what we expected for a spa hotel. However the star of the show is Helen at the Spa, we had a full body massage and a facial. The way she went from gentle to firm to help with knots in my back was amazing and the facial incredible, beautifully in time with the music, it was beautiful choreographed. From Helen’s etiquette which was delightful, calm and collected and saying “enjoy your massage” before it starts allowed me to fully enjoy the experience. Thank you Helen for an amazing experience.

No room service they don't even empty room bins .to one very small bin in the grounds.no bathroom cleaning dont tidy bed daily you have to ask for everything or did.. food frozen veg we had to ask for utencils by the time I asked a second person it was cold so I got another one.staff rude nor very help full..sat in a public area and cleaner came in and hoovered around me whilst I was making a phone call bar staff don't listen..no entertainment in the evening s .

We recently stayed for two nights at Bosworth Hall Hotel and Spa to celebrate my parents' 60th wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. With a large group of family members, there was a lot of organizing to do, but the hotel was always quick to respond to our many questions via email, which made everything easier. The staff truly made everything run seamlessly. From the moment we arrived, their helpfulness and friendliness stood out. They were always smiling, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

The rooms may be a little dated, but they were still very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. On Saturday night, we had a private dining area to celebrate, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff made the evening even more special — they were fantastic, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy.

Most importantly, my parents had a fantastic time making memories with the whole family in such a beautiful setting. Bosworth Hall truly helped create a memorable experience that we’ll all treasure. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Probably the best review I will ever give a Britannia hotel (yes elite venue selection) is still a Britannia hotel. They are better but trust me at dinner time you will realise that it is a Britannia hotel, some of the hotel is modern and some classic the rooms here are nice and clean. There is a pool on sight just a shame the grounds are shared with workplaces and the staff are fairly rude. (The food wasn’t labelled as to what it was and thought we had a problem for asking what it was) supposedly haunted with some good history to it.
