Booked a city break to Krakow with Bordessa Holidays. Stayed at Pergamin Aparthotel, easy instructions to gain entry to our room, as there was no reception to check into our room.Nothing was too much trouble, excellent communication throughout, managed our check in and boarding passes, all transfers and excursions. This is our second holiday booked through Bordessa, and I honestly can say I wouldn't use anyone else.

From start to finish the staff at Bordessa Holidays were amazing. They were so helpful, professional and made my holiday planning so simple and easy. Nothing was too much trouble, and if I had a question or needed help booking extras they would get this sorted straight away.
We booked our dream trip as an early 40th birthday getaway to disneyland paris this month. In a few words the only way I can describe it was.....absolutely pure magic.
We flew from Bristol to Paris with 3 small children, which was so simple and quick! We were there within an hour. We then had booked a private transfer to Disney, which was great.
We stayed at the disneyland hotel, which took your breath away, it was simply beautiful. We had 4 days in the 2 parks, and we all had the best time. We can highly recommend Disney for a holiday, and we are already looking at booking to go back.
We would definitely book through Bordessa Holidays again, and highly recommend them, they were fantastic!

Booked the holiday of a lifetime going to Singapore incorporating a 4 day cruise and a trip to Bali. The holiday was great and everything that Bordessa featured on the promo was true. All the hotels were fantastic. We had many paid transfers and they turned up as promised.

The whole holiday went so well and was so well organised by Bordessa. Would highly recommend giving them a try.

Went to krakow and stayed in the pregarmin aparthotel which was very central with self check in that was very smooth. Private transfer organized by bordessa , we were kept up to date all along the way , this was included in the price and very efficient on pick ups.
Overall a very good experience and would use bordessa again for another city break .

Booked with Bordessa to go to Krakow. I would highly recommend them. Everything went smoothly and both tours booked, Auschwitz and the Salt mines went without a hitch and pick ups were on time. The hotel was in a good location and transfers were very good. Can't fault any aspect of the holiday.

Having just returned from our 12 Day Holiday Booked through Bordessa Holidays Carmarthen.We would like to Thank Jack and All at Bordessa for putting together a superb holiday which included a Two night stay in Shanghai at the superb. Jing Jiang Tower hotel which was perfectly located to explore the city. Then a lovely Five night cruise on The spectrum of the seas cruise ship to Okinawa.and Ishigaki Islands off Japan. And Hong Kong where we stayed in the Holiday Inn for three nights on the golden mile in Kowloon. All accommodation was first class and ideal locations for exploring the areas. This Holiday was a really good package to see the Beautiful cities of Shanghai and Hong Kong . And the Japanese islands , Thanks to All at Bordessa Holidays, Many Thanks, Martin and Sandra.

Hotel was very basic but beautiful crammed with history, has its own church, the roof top you can sit out on is fabulous, go exploring metro only 7euro for 24hrs, delicious food, colosseum and Vatican city was well worth it, bordessa so friendly easy to book very professional everything printed out tickets boarding passes excursions already booked another trip
