Had a lovely experience with a young lad called Leo, even though he was apart of the pharmacy he was quite happy and quick to help me on shop floor while getting his lunch! Excellent customer service from him and im very happy someone in that place has a bright happy personality unlike the rest!

After the shutdown of the pharmacy at Sainsbury's orchard centre, Boots pharmacy became more popular and busy? helpful staff but always busy due to less pharmacy store in didcot. Generally, you will get all the prescriptions. If not, then they will inform you when you get . If you register your contact number with them, then you will get sms about the prescription and collect them.

After reading reviews let me say there are far more rude & ignorant customers than Boots Staff ... I'm in the store every 2 months & never experienced poor service ... As for prescriptions I've never had a problem because my repeats are ordered the full 14 days before the due date - I don't rock up 1 day after putting in a repeat request expecting it to be ready - do these people think that the Boots assistant runs straight to your Surgery & waits for the prescription, then runs back to the store & makes it up & checked for the next day !! ... The one thing they should do is have a "queue here" sign to stop the queue jumpers & those idiots who stand on your shoulder while you're talking to the chemist staff

Didcot store: a couple of weeks ago i was unfortunate to speak with a stubbon rude member of staff, today was greeted with a long queue one person serving. I walked out did not have time to queue. I'm so disappointed with service lately, thankfully Superdrug up the road sells what i needed.

The Pharmacy is a joke, never have my medication in stock, they blame the doctors surgery when the pharmacy hasn't fulfilled the prescription. I have now switched to Tesco, the staff are lovely and really helpful

In one word,,, RUBBISH.
Right-hand doesn't know what the left-hand does. They still blame COVID 19 for their incompetency, even though that was in 2019. Basically they blame everyone including the NHS and the closure of Loyds Pharmacy. That is what the area manager told me on 3 May 23 and they are not at fault at all. I will wish you the best of luck if you are trying them.
