Service with a smile made feel very welcome from when I first walked in the door. I took my little one in to book a holiday for 6 weeks time the girls were so friendly and got me the deal I was after 100% will be back .

This is the 3rd holiday I've booked with bonny travel and I have now booked my next 2 for 2024 with them as well. Friendly and efficient service and always find exactly what you're looking for,great hotels, great prices!!! I’ll keep it short (as i can)

- I found out myself the hotel we had booked for New York was closed 6 days prior to flying
- Not a single apology just “Not our fault it’s the suppliers”
- Hotel given to us 5 days before we fly (first option) was a 4* hotel that was DISGUSTING.
- Asked for direct flights these were changed 4 weeks prior to connecting. Even though there was a direct flight going out something that is still baffling me again “Not our fault”
- Flight delays and connecting flight missed contacted the agent in a panic as we had no idea what to do and was told “These things happen speak to KLM”

I have never come across a more unorganised and unprofessional company in my life. There is so much more even when I asked for an apology was told by the owner AGAIN “Well it’s not our fault the hotel is shut but yeah i apologise if no-one else has” I could hear the eye roll across the phone.

I understand things happen and accidents happen but it’s how it’s dealt with is what matters. This company prides itself in being organised. I had to find out myself the hotel we were travelling to was shut and the hotel did send me proof they sent this onto them 5 weeks prior to our arrival they were no longer opening.

You just need to google Gold Standard the supplier they work with to see how BAD they are which I wish I done a-lot earlier.

Never again.
