Kingfisher Cottage was gorgeous.
The accessibility was astounding, never seen such attention to this before! Even had a wheelchair and walking stick to use.
Owners absolutely lovely too.
Gardens are gorgeous and well set out for eating and relaxing, kitchen huge and very well stocked. Beds very comfortable, upstairs rooms have some tricky angles to the ceilings so prone to bumped heads! Still worth it!

We stayed at Woodside Cottage to celebrate my wife's birthday. 5 adults and an 8 year old. Difficult to fault this cottage. It was spotless, spacious and conveniently situated to explore The Cotswolds on foot or by car. Well equipped (could do with a new toaster and a full length mirror!) and a nice welcome pack from the owner who was most attentive. We enjoyed playing darts and pool in the evenings when we ate in, and the garden was a sun trap in the afternoon. There was some traffic noise which didn't bother us. It was quiet in the evenings and during the night. There are 2 pubs and a hotel serving food, all good, and a well stocked Morrisons local and award winning butchers all within walking distance. The Cotswold Way is about 50 metres away so there is unlimited walking on the doorstep. There are lots of scenic villages a short distance away. They do get busy so better early or late. There are a number of gardens to visit, and historic Stratford upon Avon is a short drive away. All in all thoroughly recommended.

We stayed at Sage Cottage in Blockley - We stayed for 3 nights during our trip to the Cotswold. There were 5 of us plus a 1 year old. The place was a little hard to find but we somehow managed. It was easy to get the keys and head inside. There was a cot available - bring your own bed linning. Also a high chair available too.

The place is pretty good - 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a kitcheen, dinning room and a living room. The pictures dont really show the space well. There is a seperate living room with a fireplace that is seperate to the space by the dining table. Lovely and quiet place.

A few words of caution:
- Make sure you bring your own shower gel and shampoo. - Only 1 toilet roll is provided per toilet, longer stays will need to stock up.
- The showers dont have an easy place to put your ameneties - shower gel etc.
- Top floor bathroom is slaunted ceiling and is really annoying. I banged my head multiple times whilst using the toilet/brushing my teeth.
- Bring salt/oil etc for cooking.

We stayed in Corner Cottage Bretforton and found the village a delightful place to stay, lovely local pub, well stocked community shop and great walks from the cottage door.

The cottage itself is best described as quirky not surprising given its age, the outside space is OK but lacks real comfort to enjoy fully.

The real disappointment of the stay was the letting agent who we had messaged in order to get help but in the five days we received no response which was poor but not enough to spoil the stay.

Super holiday home, the kitchen is so well equipped location is perfect for touring the lovely area but in a very quiet and pretty village—a good garden for dog and children. The garden swing got well used. Bolt Hole staff and owner sorted out a hiccup with the showers so quickly that it didn't impact our perfect holiday. We were multigenerational and the layout suited us perfectly.

Lovely cottage but not suitable for anyone that likes a loo near their bedroom as bathroom on ground floor. Great for quick break as walking distance to great pub the fleece and situation good for exploring the Cotswolds.

Very charming and proper cottage in a nice little village. Comfortably and tastefully renovated. A pretty garden invites you to linger. We would come back to spend a few relaxing days in the Cotswolds.

Such a beautiful and tranquil barn to visit! From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and at home. It was wonderfully clean and absolutely beautiful. The only suggestion we would make would be to add a bath under the skylight in the bathroom, the shower in there is great and large but a bath would finish it off - all other ways it was perfect!
