What a wonderful place to stay and relax. Our dog, Bailey is so chilled and at home here and that was within 20 minutes!
Bolberry Cottages truly are the perfect holiday setting to take your dog. 🐶

We had a lovely weekend staying here & our dogs loved it too. |The dog shower was great after torrential rain, sea mists & even a storm blew in during our stay! |The barn has thick walls & felt safe & sheltered. |We stayed in Daisy Cottage which was the largest of the 3 cottages & furthest from the parking space but perfect for us as we are very fit & went on some long hilly cliff hikes with our dogs. |The Ocean cafe at Bolberry Down was dog friendly & great for supper with a log fire to dry off in front of.

We rented all 3 cottages for a family holiday 11 adults 3 children and 7 dogs . The cottages were perfect for us very cosy everything we needed. Very safe gardens for the children and dogs to play in. A lovely country side setting , a nice walk to hope cove.

We stayed in Buttercup Cottage, with our elderly labrador, for a long weekend in May and were particularly delighted to find a doggy welcome tray with bowl, treat and lead! The cottage is immaculately presented,well equipped, with comfortable furnishings, and very clean. The fully enclosed and spacious garden is perfect for dogs and children to play in safety. We appreciated that the owner was not intrusive, but rather was in constant touch by email checking everything was alright. Do visit nearby South Milton Sands - a lovely beach for family and dogs plus the amazingly good Beach House cafe. All in all both cottage and location are highly recommended.

Very dog friendly accommodation (plus no additional charges for dogs ) but also well equipped and comfortable for the entire family. Great location for access to Hope Cove, Salcombe and surrounding areas. Recommend for those who enjoy coastal path walks.

This cottage was amazing! Perfect in every way. Spotlessly clean, and had everything you could need during your stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the area. The access is down typical narrow Devon roads, but that’s part of the experience of a Devon holiday! Ideal for the little puppy we took on holiday, fenced in garden, a welcome bowl of water and a dog treat on arrival…it really was a dog friendly place, not just dogs accepted, as in other places we have stayed. Absolutely worth a 5 star review!

We have been going to Clover Cottage for over 10 years. Have just returned from another break there with our friends of 50 years. It is always so clean, inviting, homely and relaxing. Probably the most dog friendly holiday venue that we have ever used. The facilities improve year on year. We hope to visit for a relaxing few days for years to come.

We holidayed here in the summer with family and pets. All electricity, linen and towels were included in the stay which was great. We had our own enclosed garden for the children and dogs to play in, and a larger area with apple trees and a quiet seating area. The cottage was extremely well equipped and we found nothing amiss during our stay, we found the bottle of wine and milk left for us very useful when we arrived! The cottage had been cleaned to a very high standard and was just like a home from home. We have booked the biggest cottage for the family to stay in again next summer - we can't wait!
